本文通过分析医患关系的特点,提出医务人员要掌握医患沟通的技巧,与患者进行有效的沟通,提高医患双方的满意度,推进和谐医患关系。
The article cures the characteristic of physician-patient relationship by the analysis,doctors should master communication skills to improve the effectiveness of doctor-patient communications,raise satisfaction spend of the doctors and patients,thus to promote a harmonious physician-patient relationship.
