摘要
论述了医患沟通的重要意义,分析了医患双方在思想认识、经济社会、信息知识和利益矛盾方面的差异,指出强化医患沟通必须更新医患沟通的理念,畅通医患沟通的渠道,创造医患沟通的氛围,讲究医患沟通艺术,加强医患沟通的管理。
Significance of hospital patient communication was presented. The difference of value, economic, social, information and benefit between hospital and patient were analyzed, suggestions of improving hospital patient communication such as changing communication conception, enough communication path, smoothing communication environment, promoting communication skill and strengthening communication management.
