摘要
教学改革的真正发生在于教师日常课堂教学的持续改进,而学校开展的听评课活动是促进和实现课堂教学改进的重要途径。本文首先分析当前我国听评课存在的一些问题;然后明确指出听评课的目的应最终指向课堂教学的改进;最后,遵循"改进"的思路,并结合自己的实践,介绍一种以"共性问题"的解决为核心的听评课模式。
Effects of teaching reform can be realized only through teacher's continuous improvement in their daily classroom teaching. Observing-and-commenting lessons are essential ways of improving classroom teaching. This essay first analyzes some existing problems with the kind of lessons. Then the goal of the lessons should be directed at improving teaching efficiency. Finally, a mode which aims to solve the common problems is introduced.
