摘要
从生态学的角度对涉农信息工作中存在的问题加以分析,主要存在农民等信息人的信息素质较低、涉农信息存量少且分布不均、信息独占以及信息欺诈现象突出以及信息环境较差等问题,这对农村经济和社会发展构成了很大的障碍。要解决这些问题,应该从基础设施建设、国家政策倾斜、农民技能培训、涉农信息法规建设和非法信息行为惩处等方面入手,逐步形成一个平衡和谐的涉农信息生态系统,为农村信息经济发展和社会稳定注入强大动力。
Problems in agriculture-related information are analyzed from the perspective of ecology,there are mainly in farmers and the others-related persons have lower information literacy,agriculture-related information are in low supply and distributed unevenly,the phenomenon of information monopolization and information fraudulence is highlight,information environment is poor,these give a major obstacle to rural economic and social development.In order to solve these problems,we should start with the following aspects,infrastructure development,national policy preferences,skills training of farmers,agricultural information for areas such as regulations and punish illegal information behavior,gradually,a balanced and harmonious eco-agriculture-related information system is coming,it would pour into a strong driving force for economic development and social stability in rural areas.
