摘要
提出建立我国农村信息化测度指标体系的5项原则,着重研究建立我国农村信息化测度指标体系,包括6要素25项指标。即衣村信息资源、农村信息基础设施、农业信息技术应用、农业信息产业、农村信息化人才和农村信息化环境。并采取Delphi法建立指标权重,计算出全国和各省市农村信息化指数。
The paper outlines 5 principles for the establishment of an indicator system,which is the core of the study of measuring the rural area informatization level in China.The system includes 25 indicators out of 6 rural area informatization elements,i.e.information resources, infrastructure,technology application,agriculture information industry,human resources and external environment.In addition,through Delphi Method,weights are allocated and rural arrea informatization index of the national and provincial levels respectively are calculated.
