摘要
以某大型建设项目的项目管理模式为案例进行分析,通过分析该项目特殊性和IPMT项目管理模式的实施形式以及优缺点,为国内同类型项目的项目管理工作提供一些经验。
By analyzing the project management mode IPMT（Integrated Portfolio Management Team）of a large-scale construction project,we want to provide some advice on this kind of project management for domestic state-owned enterprises and consulting companies.
