摘要
通过分析D-B总承包模式的特点,将D-B模式总承包划分为四种总承包类型,分析每种类型下业主招标前的准备工作,各总承包类型下业主与承包商之间所要承担的风险,以及对不同规模的项目适合采用的总承包类型,对业主选择总承包类型具有一定的指导作用。
This paper analyzes the characteristic of D-B mode, it divides contracts of D-B mode into four kinds ofgeneralcontracting types, analyzes the owner＇s preparation before tendering and the risks undertaken between the owner and the contractor under each general contract, it makes a certain degree analysis to each general contracting type which the different scale project is suitable to adopt. So it has directive significance for the client to choose the best general contracting type of D-B mode.
