摘要
普通高校成人高等教育是成人高等教育的主力,一定意义上,其发展的水平代表着我国成人高等教育的发展水平,而成教大学生就是其主要的培养对象,他们除了具有普通大学生的特点之外,还具有其独特性,而且在某些方面比普通大学生更有优势。通过分析当前普通高校成教生的特点,针对其特点提出如何有效促进成教学生学习,以提高成人高等教育的整体水平。
Being the representative of adult higher education in China in some sense, conventional tertiary schools are the main force to cultivate adult talents, who are in some ways advantageous over their younger counterparts. This paper discusses approaches to fully exploring their positive characteristics while overcoming negative ones to facilitate their learning, so that overall level of adult higher education can be improved in China.
