摘要
学风作为校风的重要构成和基础,集中体现出一所学校的精神风貌和综合实力。坚持不懈地抓学风建设是学校工作的客观需要,也是学校存在和发展的永恒主题。民族院校如何从实际出发,结合民族大学生特点,建立起适应社会主义市场经济条件、符合民族大学生成长成才要求,反映各民族青年道德水准和各民族优秀文化的学风,是民族院校在新时期必须面对并解决好的迫切问题。
Good learning style is the key ingredient and foundation for forming a good school spirit and improving its quality. The formation of good learning style is the objective need of running a school or a university, which is the permanent foundation for the sur- vival and development of a school. In the new development period, the urgent problem facing the universities for nationalities is the for- mation of a good learning style that suits the actual needs and development of the minority students and the socialist market economy and helps inherit the fine ethnic cultures and morals.
