摘要
对河北农业大学育种者配置的7个杂交组合和1个品系,利用系谱法进行选择,通过连续6代选择,得到43份稳定的棉花新品系,利用29对SSR引物,对43份材料进行分子标记研究,共扩增出198条带,差异性条带115条。采用NTSYSpc2.11a软件对SSR标记结果进行聚类分析,将43个新品系分为8组,通过对聚类结果分析发现其遗传距离和遗传系谱相一致。通过分析可知,SSR分子标记可反映不同品种间的亲缘关系,为后代选择提供参考依据。
Using pedigree selection to seven cross combinations and one stain by breeder from Agricultural University of Hebei.Selecting offspring cottons in 6 generation,43 stable new strains were obtained from offspring,forty-three cottons were researched by 29 SSR primers.The total number of markers was 195,and that of polymorphic markers was 115.Forty-three cotton strains were divided into eight groups based on Dendrograms with NTSYSpc2.11a Cluster analysis software.The result conforms to that obtained from genetic distance and cotton genetic pedigree.The relation of different cotton varieties proves identifiable by SSR molecular marker.These findings provide references for offspring selection.
