摘要
为适用于光伏发电系统宽范围的光伏阵列输出电压情况,将传统的Buck变换器与Boost变换器相结合,采用变换器合成的方式,研究了一种双开关Buck和Boost组合变换器。针对传统的Buck-Boost变换器控制比较复杂的缺点,根据该变换器的输入输出条件提出了三种工作模式,即Boost模式,Buck模式和临界模式。分析了该变换器的工作原理及其控制策略。与传统的Buck-Boost变换器相比较其具有正极性的输出电压和更宽的输入电压范围。仿真与实验结果表明该电路性能优良。
In order to meet the needs of PV array output voltage in the wider range of PV generation system,the conventional Buck converter is combined with Boost converter in this paper.The combination means of converter is adopted to study a double-switch cascaded Buck and Boost.With an aim at the complicated disadvantages of the conventional Buck-Boost converter control and based on the input and output voltage conditions of the converter,three types of operation modes are suggested: i.e.Boost-voltage mode,Buck-voltage mode and critical operation mode.The operation principle of the converter and its control strategy are analyzed.Compared with the conventional Buck-Boost converter,its output voltage is positive and the input voltage ranges are wider.The simulation and experiment results prove that the cascaded Buck and Boost converter has good performance.
