摘要
在原有Boost单相三电平功率因数校正电路的基础上,提出了一种带隔离的三电平两级功率因数校正电路的拓扑及其控制方法。直流侧工作在DCM/CCM的临界模式,使用UC3852芯片控制PFC功率开关管,使其在零电流条件下开关。最后,设计了一个250W,50kHz单相三电平两级功率因数校正电路,并给出了仿真和实验结果。
This paper presents an isolated three-levels two-stages power factor correction circuit based on the existing boost single-phase three-levels power factor correction converter. The AC side operates in the boundary of DCM/CCM. A UC3852 wass used to control the PFC switches and makes them turning on and off at zero-current condition. At last, a 250 W,100 kHz prototype of single phase three-levels two-stages PFC was built and the simulation and experimental results are given.
