摘要
农地流转关系到土地转出方、土地转入方、政府三方利益,三方利益的好坏又直接影响土地流转程度。而且三者之间的利益又相互影响,彼此循环。主要研究了土地流转中三者之间利益如何相互影响,发现这三者利益纠葛之下产生的恶性循环。探索运用大推进的方式打破该循环使三者利益改善,从而使得土地流转更为顺畅。
The rural land transfer was related with three parts＇ interests which were the part turning into land,the part turning out land and the governments.Whether the interests of three parts were good or bad directly affected the level of the land transfer.The interests among the three parts influenced each other and cycled one after one.How the mutuality of the three parts＇ interests in the rural land transfer affect was studied in this paper and it was found that it was a vicious circle generated from interests.The great advance method was applied in this paper to break the cycle,in order to make the three parts＇ interests better and lead the land transfer to be more successful.
