摘要
采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对可膨胀石墨进行表面修饰.研究了表面修饰前后可膨胀石墨及其用量对水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料防火性能的影响.结果表明:与表面未修饰可膨胀石墨相比,表面修饰后的可膨胀石墨在水中有较好的分散性,对涂料防火性能有更明显的提高作用;当表面修饰后可膨胀石墨用量为3.2%(质量分数)时,防火涂料的防火性能最好,可使样板背温较长时间维持在288℃.
Polyvinyl pyrolidone was used to modify the surface of expandable graphite(EG).Influence of EG before and after surface modification and their use level on the fire resistance of water-based ultra thin intumescent fire retardation coatings for steel structure was investigated.The results show that compared with the unmodified EG,the modified EG has excellent dispersity in water,and has marked effect to improve the fire resistance of fire retardation coatings.When the use level of modified EG is 3.2%(by mass),the coating gets the best fire resistance,and the backside temperature of the board coated with fire retardation coatings could be maintained at 288℃for a long time.
