摘要
介绍了一种以钢球为啮合件的一齿差摆线行星传动,针对其基本结构与传动原理进行了讨论;开展了行星轮齿廓的几何学解析,确定出齿廓无干涉、摆线(准线)无自交的前提下变幅系数的选取准则。分析表明,在不改变机构体积和复杂程度的情况下,这种行星传动在传动比范围和承载能力等方面具有竞争性。
In this paper,a cycloid steel ball planetary transmission with one-tooth difference is introduced,and its basic mechanism and drive principle are discussed.The geometric analysis on the tooth flank of cycloid wheel is conducted,and the selection rule of radius variation ratio is presented under the prerequisite of free-interference of tooth flanks and free self-cross of cycloid.The results show that this planetary transmission has better competitiveness at the transmission range and carrying capacity when the mechanism volume and complexity are invariable.
