摘要
输出机构是摆线针轮行星传动运动和动力输出的关键构件。提出了一种新型的摆线行星传动形式,简支型浮动盘式摆线行星传动。该新型传动的输出机构的两片浮动盘呈180°对称布置,输入圆盘和输出圆盘采用左、右对称结构,构成简支型浮动盘式结构。在简要介绍该新型传动结构组成和传动原理的基础上,对浮动盘式输出机构的受力、强度以及转臂轴承寿命等方面进行了理论研究,并对浮动盘式输出机构和目前广泛应用的销轴式输出机构进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,简支型浮动盘式摆线行星传动输出机构的承载能力和转臂轴承寿命都有显著提高。
The output mechanism is one of the key components of cycloidal planetary transmission in movement and power transferring. A new simple beam-floating plate cycloidal planetary transmission is given, two floating plates symmetrical fixed in 180°, the input disc and the output disc also in symmetric structure formed the output mechanism of the new cycloidal gearing. Based on brief introduction of the structure and driving principle of the new reducer, force and strength analysis about the floating plate mechanism are carried out, and study on life of spin arm bearings is also developed. Comparative analysis with the floating plate type and the pin-holes type are also presented. The results show that the load capacity and life of spin arm bearing are improved remarkably.
