摘要
创业型经济是主要靠创新和创业驱动发展的新经济形态。鼓励创新和创业,发展创业型经济,已成为包括我国在内许多国家和地区的政策取向。基于创业型经济运行机制和我国的发展状况,要在政策取向上进一步调整,政策着力点应该放在创业机会创造、创业者创业意愿增强和能力提高、创新和创业资源供给、创业服务环境改善上。
The pioneering type economy is a new economic form that mainly depends upon the development driven by innovation and pioneering.Encouraging innovation and pioneering developing pioneering type economy have been the policy preference taken by many countries including our country.Based on the operating mechanism of the pioneering type economy and our country＇s developing condition,it is necessary for us to further regulate the concerned policy preference.The policy concentration point should be put on the creation of pioneering chance,the strength and enhance of the pioneer＇s will and ability,the resources supplement for innovation and pioneering and the improvement of pioneering service.
