摘要
农业科研单位的科技创新团队建设是应对现代农业科学突破性的创新性研究而产生的,创新团队的建设实现了农业科研领域不同专业、不同层次人才的协同工作,促进了科研资源的优化配置。但在建设农业科研单位科技创新团队过程中,还存在一些问题。文章基于农业科研单位创新团队现状,分析了创新团队存在的如目标不明确、组合单一、资源配置不合理等问题,并从团队组建、平台建设、人才配置和团队考评等方面提出了解决问题的办法及对策。
The building of science and technology innovation team in agricultural research institutions is the result of the breakthrough innovation research in morden agricultural science. The building of innovation team makes the different types of agricultural talents work together and optimizes research resources. But there are several problems in the building of science and technology innovation team. Based on current situation of innovation team in agricuhural research institutions, these problems were analyzed, such as unclear objective, simple assembling and unreasonable resource allocation. Solutions and countermeasures were proposed in the paper from such aspects as the building of team and platform, talents assignment and team evaluation, etc.
