摘要
学术团队建设是大学组织的重要议题。本文从学术人员生存方式、科技与社会发展趋势、学术大师效应等方面考察了学术团队形成的内、外部动机和契机,探讨了学术团队的类型、目标、角色、规范、精神特征,并对大学组织如何建设有效的学术团队进行了思考。
The construction of academic team becomes an important issue in recent years. This paper reviews the motivation how academic team to come into existence. It focuses on the characteristic of academic team not only in types and goals but also in criterions and spirits. It puts forward some suggestions on how to build an effective academic team.
