摘要
为实现数控车削刀具轨迹的生成,对数控车削编程系统中车削零件轮廓的等距进行了研究,针对车削零件轮廓多为不封闭轮廓的特点,提出了快速生成车削零件加工轮廓等距线的算法。算法首先对车削零件中要加工的轮廓进行分类,根据分类进行预处理,使其构成封闭轮廓,然后使用Voronoi图方法构造所形成封闭轮廓的等距环,最后由封闭轮廓的等距环中提取要加工轮廓的等距线,在等距线上生成车削刀具轨迹。在所开发的数控车削编程系统中集成了所提出的车削零件轮廓等距算法,实现了车削零件加工刀具轨迹生成,车削零件刀具轨迹生成实例表明所提出的轮廓等距算法的有效性。
The contour offset generation of turning parts is studied in order to create cutter location path of NC turning programming.The algorithm of offset line generation for NC turning part contour is proposed according to the characteristics that turning parts are mostly non-closed contour.First,the contour of turning part are classified and pre-processed to form close contour which meet the characteristics of turning part contour and the condition of offset using Voronoi diagram method.Then,offset loop of the formed close contour is acquired by using Voronoi diagram method.Finally,offset lines of machining contour are extracted from offset loop of the formed close contour and cutter location path of turning part is formed based on the extracted offset lines of machining contour.The proposed offset lines algorithm of turning part contour is integrated into the NC turning programming system and used to generate cutter location path of turning part.A practical example show that the proposed algorithms are satisfactory in generation of cutter location path.
