摘要
分析了数控自动编程发展动态及现有自动编程系统的优点与不足。研究了以Pro/TOOLKIT为开发工具包开发数控自动编程及仿真系统的模式及体系结构。提出并应用了基于图形特征的提取、自动图形分解、二叉分支定界法优化加工路径算法、加工孔位自动识别及基于造型的加工仿真等实现自动编程及仿真的关键技术。并采用效率高的动态数组及堆结构成功实现数控冲床自动编程及仿真系统。
This paper analyzes the developing status and the strongpoint and shortage of current numerical control auto - programming system, researches the development mode and systematic structure of auto-programming and simulation system based on Pro/ TOOLKIT, puts forward the application in such key technology as feature-extraction based on graphics, auto graphics-decomposition, binary branch and bound algorithm optimized machining paths, auto machining position-recognition and machining process simulation based on sculpt, Dynamic array and stack structures are used to implement the auto-programming and simulation system on numerical control punching machine.
