摘要 在建立企业创新网络绩效管理综合评价指标体系的基础上,提出一种基于BP神经网络的综合评价方法。该方法不仅能够模拟专家知识对创新网络绩效管理进行综合评价,而且避免评价过程中的较大偏差,仿真结果表明采用该算法的结果是令人满意的。 On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of performance management of corporate innovation networks, this paper proposes a new evaluation approach based on BP neural networks. This approach can simulate evaluation made by experts and avoid subjective bias. The results from the simulation are satisfied.
