摘要
在我国现代社会中,人际关系发生了显著变化。本文在市场经济法则下探讨人际关系,论述了东西方不同的人际关系模式及其对管理的影响,分析了我国企业与员工、企业与政府间的关系,在此基础上提出相应的关系协调方法,并特别指出我国加入WTO后,企业市场主体地位的重要性。
In China, a great change has taken place in human relationship nowadays. This paper researches the relationship under the law of market. . Firstly, the author discusses the different models of relationships and the corresponding effects on management between the East and the West, then analyzes the relationships which the enterprises face, put forward some methods to harmonize the ones above, finally , this article emphasizes the market subject status of enterprises after our country have taken part in WTO.
