摘要
用基于滤波x-LMS算法的控制律在自行研制的磁悬浮隔振器上进行振动主动控制实验,当选取激振模块信号发生器的输出信号作为参考信号时,难以避免主动控制施加后的声反馈的影响,而且无法在大型动力设备负载情况下提取参考信号。针对以上参考信号问题,提出了三种解决方案,并就其中的"参考信号拾取法"和"滤波-U算法"进行了分析和实验研究,实验结果表明这两种方法都具有较好的隔振效果,且更符合磁悬浮隔振器的实际工作情况。
Active vibration control experiment was designed on the electromagnetic suspension vibration isolation system using Filtered x Least Mean Square(Filtered x-LMS) algorithm.When using the output signal of the excitation module's signal generator as the reference signal,it was difficult to avoid the influence of the acoustical feedback after active control,and it was difficult to extract the reference signal from the large power equipment load.Three methods were proposed to solve above problems,and active vibration control experiment was designed on the "pick up reference signal method" and "Filtered-U algorithm".The experimental results showed that the two methods obtained a good vibration control effect.And the two methods are more in line with the actual work of system.
