摘要
分析了主动隔振常用控制方法以及作动器的发展情况, 指出控制方法与作动器技术未来的发展方向; 对目前主动隔振技术的应用领域及其发展状况进行了分析, 认为将主动隔振技术与传统被动隔振方法相结合是其主要的发展道路。
The control method and actuators generally used in active vibration isolation(AVI) were analyzed,and their future development was indicated.The application states of AVI in different fields were analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the combination of the AVI with the traditional passive vibration isolation (PVI) is the main development orientation.
