摘要
以6年生贵妃玫瑰葡萄为试材,研究了不同浓度GA3在不同时期处理对葡萄果穗拉长的效应。结果表明,在有5%花序发生分离时,用4 mg/kg的GA3溶液处理葡萄花序,果穗最大可拉长7.87 cm,果实坐果率为48.65%,穗形松散适中,无裂果和病果,果实品质不发生变化。
The 6-year-old Guifeimeigui grape were treated by different concentrations of GA3 at different time to study the effects on fruit cluster elongating.The results showed that when 5% inflorescence was separated and the inflorescence was treated by 4 mg/kg of GA3,the fruit cluster could be elongated by 7.87cm,the fruit setting ratio was 48.65%,the cluster was relaxing with no cracked and diseased berries and the fruit quality had not been changed.
