摘要
本文分析了会展业和旅游业战略联盟的模式及行为,认为从会展业和旅游业在联盟中的主导作用及参与程度,可以把其战略联盟形成模式分成"单业主导模式"和"双业互推模式"两种;而从会展企业和旅游企业在产业链中的合作、融合程度深浅,又可以把其战略联盟行为分为"单向对接行为"和"双向互动行为"两种。
This paper has analyzed the models and behaviors of strategic alliance between MICE industry and tourism and thinks that based on the leading role and participation degree in the alliance,the forming models of strategic alliance may be classified into "single industry leading model"and two-industry mutual promotion model.On the other hand,according to cooperation and melting degree in industry chain between MICE and tourism,the strategic alliance may be classified into two kinds: one way docking behavior and two-way interactive behaviors.
