摘要
[目的]了解虎舌红花芽分化的过程。[方法]采用石蜡切片对其花芽进行形态学观察。[结果]虎舌红花芽分化从每年4月初开始,一直持续到5月底结束,属于当年一次分化型,分化阶段可分为5个时期,即花序分化期、花萼分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期、雌蕊分化期。[结论]虎舌红整个花芽分化过程正常。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to learn the process of the flower buds differentiation of Ardisia mamillata Hance.[Method] By paraffin slice-up,the flower buds differentiation was observed.[Result]The results showed that the process of flower buds differentiation was one time every year from the first ten-day period of April to the last ten-day period of May annually.The process included five stage： anthotaxy differentiation stage,calyces differentiation stage,leaves differentiation stage,androecium differentiation stage,gynoecia differentiation stage.[Conclusion] The process of flower buds differentiation was normal
