摘要
翻译时既涉及两种不同文化背景,又涉及两种语言的表达习惯,把握好正确的翻译方法,是译好特定语境中的英语习语的关键。若从跨文化的角度,用归化和异化策略来解决习语这一特殊语言的翻译难题,既可求其易解,又可保存原作的风姿,准确地阐述英语习语的文化内涵,使译文达到与原文最贴近的程度,使翻译效果达到对等与和谐。
Different cultures and expressions of language should be taken into consideration while the idioms are translated.From the perspective of cross-culture,the strategies of domestication and foreignisation can be used in order to make the translation close to the original text.
