钢结构屋盖的卸载仿真分析及支撑胎架设计 被引量:12

摘要 卸载是主体结构和临时支撑相互作用的一个复杂过程,对卸载过程实施精确合理的数值模拟至关重要。以宁夏贺兰山体育场的空间管桁架钢结构屋盖为例,应用SAP2000有限元软件分析施工过程中的卸载方案,提出了钢结构屋盖在施工卸载过程中有限元分析的计算模型和卸载过程仿真计算的方法,根据计算得到的各支撑点的受力特征对两种卸载方案进行了分析比较,得出优选的卸载方案,并给出了该方案在卸载过程中各卸载步的钢结构屋盖的变形状态和构件的应力比变化情况。同时,基于优选的卸载方案,根据卸载时的最大支撑荷载对支撑胎架进行了设计。 Unloading is a complicated process of interaction between the primary structure and temporary supporting structure and the exact numerical simulation applied on the unloading process is crucial importance.The long-span space steel-tube truss roofing system of the Helan Shan stadium at Yinchuan city in the Ningxia autonomous region is taken as an analytical example,the finite element analysis software SAP2000 is used to simulate the unloading process during the steel construction.The computational model used for making the finite element analysis and the simulation method are provided for the detailed unloading process analysis of steel roof.The mechanical characteristic of supporting points acquired by the calculating model is applied to analyze and evaluate the engineering performance of two different unloading schemes and then the better unloading method is achieved.The deformation change and stress ratio status of steel roofing system for the preferable unloading scheme are given in the different unloading steps during the whole unloading process.Meanwhile,the supporting structure for this preferable unloading scheme is designed by according to the maximum force at the supporting points.
