摘要
以中卫南站站房施工为例,研究大跨度弧形屋面临时支架卸载方案。根据计算的卸载量,结合工程特点和各卸载方法的优缺点,提出分阶段整体分级同步卸载的方法。用数值方法模拟卸载过程,计算临时支架支撑力的变化规律,表明卸载方案可行。提取卸载过程中屋面斜梁临时支架位置处的位移及应力,表明卸载过程中屋面斜梁位移及应力满足要求,卸载方案安全可靠。
Taking the construction of Zhongwei South Railway Station as an example,the unloading scheme of temporary bracket for long-span arc roof is studied.According to the calculated unloading quantity,combining with the engineering characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages of each unloading method,the method of phased overall graded synchronous unloading is proposed.The unloading process is simulated by numerical method,and the variation law of support force of temporary bracket is calculated,which shows that the unloading scheme is feasible.Thedisplacement and stress at the temporary bracket position of the roof inclined beam during unloading process are extracted,which shows that the displacement and stress of the roof inclined beam meet the requirements during unloading process,and the unloading scheme is safe and reliable.
