摘要
在就业市场激烈竞争的背景下,将企业核心竞争力理论引入大学教育培养体系,深入分析通信类专业高校人才培养特点,系统构建通信高校核心竞争力模型及核心三要素,演绎教师、企业与培养环境三者之间相互关联与促进的关系,指出建立现代大学制度是提升通信高校核心竞争力的关键。
With the fierce competition in the career market,the Core Competence Theory is introduced into the university education fields.This paper analyzes the talent cultivating characteristics of telecommunication colleges and a Core Competence Model of telecommunication colleges is built perfectly,with its triple-factors including teacher,enterprise and environment interrelating with and activating each other.It is concluded that the key to promoting the core competence is to establish a scientific university education system.
