摘要
生涯教育是以促进学生全面生涯发展为目标、以培养生涯发展意识为核心、以提高生涯发展能力为关键、以职业生涯辅导和心理健康教育为载体、以专业教育为延伸的所有教育活动与训练。高校生涯教育体系可分为普惠性生涯教育、协助式生涯辅导、自助式生涯服务、个性化生涯培训四个层次,在实施中需要考虑多方资源的整合。
The career education includes all the educational activities and training with promoting students＇ all-around career development as the aim,fostering their awareness of career development as the core,enhancing their ability of career development as the key,career guidance and mental health education as the carrier,and major education as the extension.Career education in college can be divided into four levels： common career education,assistance carrier counseling,self-help career service,individual career training.Integration of all the resources should be considered during applying career education.
