摘要
目的探讨建立胸腔置管专业护理小组的意义。方法明确护理小组的工作职责;定期开展小组活动;进行胸腔置管护理知识培训;开展学术交流;学习相关护理文献;建立质量分析、监控体系;修订并完善胸腔置管护理操作规程;开展疑难护理病例讨论;积极解决临床实际问题。结果规范了胸腔置管护理专业行为,提高了护理质量,提升了护理小组的工作成就感。结论护理小组的建立,可持续提高胸腔置管的护理质量,最终推进护理学科向专业化方向发展。
Objective To explore the effect of management group on improving the quality of nursing in patients with thoracic cavity catheter.Methods The measures included specifying the duties and responsibilities of the management group,carrying out groupt activities regularly,providing theory and skills training about thoracic cavity catheter care,holding academic exchange activities,learning references related to thoracic cavity catheter,formulating quality control system,revising nursing procedure of thoracic cavity catheter,discussing difficult cases,actively resolving clinical problems and conducting nursing research.Results This practice improved nurses＇ knowledge about thoracic cavity catheter care and their ability to prevent and control complications,standardized nurses＇ specialized nursing behaviors,improved the quality of nursing and nuses＇ general quality,and enhanced the management group＇s sense of achivement.Conclusion The setting up of management group can constantly improve the nursing quality of thoracic cavity catheter,and thereby to push the specialized development of nursing.
