摘要
随着劳务经济的蓬勃发展、农村土地承包经营权流转制度的进一步改革完善和农业规模化、产业化的不断推进,农村季节性劳动力需求日益加大,兼业农业工人应运而生。本文率先提出兼业农业工人的概念,通过访谈法和问卷法调查分析得出兼业农业工人产生的原因,总结兼业农业工人的特点及兼业农业工人存在的意义,阐述当前兼业农业工人存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。
The Part-time Agricultural Workers （PAW） begin to appear on the stage of history eompanied with development of labor economy, reform and improvment of the Circulation System of Land Contractual Management,and increasing of the scale of agricultural industries. This paper put forward the definition of the PAW for the first time, and reviewed its history in China. Through the analysis in this research,the reasons for the apperance of PAW and its characteristic were concluded,the problems that existed with PAW were discussed, and the comprehensive measures for solve these problems were also provided.
