摘要
我国城市部门出现的“民工荒”诱发我国农村短工市场的形成,造成短工工资呈上升趋势,甚至常出现供不应求,我们称这种现象为“短工荒”.从经济学角度,率先提出“短工荒”的性质、依据及特征,分析了我国农村“短工荒”出现的成因,认为在我国农村劳动力绝对过剩条件下,农村的“短工荒”仍具有必然性.
In the social investigation, we find that some countrysides in our nation have formed a spontaneous short - term labor market. In this labor market, the wages assume the trend of acceleration. Often the supply of labor cant meet the demand. We name this kind of phenomenon as ＂scarce casual laborers＂. From the economic angle, this paper analyzes the shortage of rural laborers. We think that, under the absolute surplus labor condition, ＂scarce casual laborerers＂ will still be inevitable.
