摘要
射流搅拌发酵罐是在结合我国实际的基础上提出的一条既能有效利用压缩空气的能量以达到增强氧传递速率又能降低能耗的新途径。它造价低廉、经济效益显著 ,并经过多年工业实践的检验 ,是一种有推广价值的新型发酵罐。本文全面介绍了这种射流搅拌发酵罐的理论依据、工业实践数据和实验室研究的情况以及进一步优化的方向。
The use of jet stirring fermenter is a new approach to increase the rate of oxygen transferring with decrease the energy consumption, based on the present situation of our country. Because of its low cost, significant financial benefits and application in industry for many years, it is worth to expand the use of this kind of new fermenter. In this paper, the theoretical basis, application results in industry and laboratory results have been thoroughly discussed. Also, the further optimizing direction has been proposed.
