摘要
目的探讨应用荧光光谱诊断早期肝纤维化的可能性。方法 SD大鼠70只,10只为正常对照组,60只为肝纤维化组。肝纤维化组大鼠皮下注射50%CCL4橄榄油溶液造模。取两组大鼠肝脏行组织病理学检查,观纤维化变化,并进行分级。取其血清进行荧光光谱检测与分析,比较两组大鼠的差异。结果肝纤维化组50只大鼠肝出现肝纤维化,其中早期肝纤维化22只,肝硬化28只。476.5 nm波长激光激发得到的荧光光谱的二阶导数曲线的两波谷比值在肝纤维化鼠与正常鼠之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),而在早期肝纤维化鼠和肝硬化鼠之间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论检测和分析荧光光谱对诊断肝纤维化有一定意义。
Objective To study the possibility of fluorescence spectrum in diagnosis of early hepatic fibrosis.Methods Seventy SD rats were divided into control group(n=10) and hepatic fibrosis group(n=60).50% CCL4 of olive oil solution was injected subcutaneously to make animal models.Then livers were taken from rats in the 2 groups for pathological examination.Changes in hepatic fibrosis were evaluated and put into different levels.Sera were taken to get fluorescence spectra which were analyzed and compared between the two groups.ResultsHepatic fibrosis was observed in 50 rats of the hepatic fibrosis group,in which 22 were diagnosed as early hepatic fibrosis and 28 as hepatic cirrhosis.Significant differences were found in the ratio of two troughs of the second derivative spectra between the two groups which were exited by the laser at the wave length of 476.5nm(P0.05) with no significant difference observed between early hepatic fibrosis rats and hepatic cirrhosis ones(P0.05).ConclusionsDetecting and analyzing fluorescence spectrum have some significance in diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.
