摘要
武汉城市圈目前仅有40%左右的中小企业具有一定的成长潜能,大多数中小企业在发展与融资环境、市场体系、治理结构、管理水平等方面存在成长障碍。圈域内的中小企业要获得快速成长,必须明确并跨越成长中面临的内外障碍因素,实现体制机制创新。
Wuhan city circle at present only about 40% of SMEs have some growth potential,the majority of SMEs in the development and financing environment,the market system,management structure,management of growth disorders and other aspects.Ring within the SMEs to achieve rapid growth,growth must be clearly and across internal and external barriers faced to realize institutional innovation.
