摘要 ERECTA是从拟南芥中分离到的一个类受体激酶基因。ERECTA基因对植物的叶、花和气孔发育都有直接的影响,并在植物抗病、蒸腾作用和元素积累等生理过程中起着重要的作用。该文对国内外有关ERECTA基因在以上几个方面的研究进展进行综述,为进一步研究ERECTA基因在植物发育和生理代谢调控网络中的地位及在植物遗传育种上的应用提供参考。 ERECTA gene,which is cloned from Arabidopsis thaliana,encodes a receptor-like kinase.Accumulating evidences support that ERECTA gene is involved in variety of biological processes,which involve plant growth and development.This review provides an overview on the research progress in functions of ERECTA gene in leaf,flower and stomatal development and in regulating defense against pathogens,plant transpiration and mineral accumulation,and discusses perspectives on its future research content.In this report we also highlight ERECTA as a candidate gene for crop improvement.
