摘要
本文主要介绍气孔发育过程中基因信号调控的新进展,涉及气孔发育的单细胞间隔规律、多肽配体、跨膜受体和MAPK模块进行的信号传递、极性蛋白和细胞命运等。一些参与调节气孔分化或密度的基因也参与激素和环境应答,这可能在调节气孔发育或对环境变化作出反应之间提供了信息联系。
This review focuses on current advances that define the emerging genetic and cellular interaction network controlling these basic processes during stomatal development.The one cell spacing rule of stomatal development,intercellular signaling via peptide ligands,transmembrane receptors,and mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)modules,polar protein and cell fate are discussed in this review.Some genes involved in regulating stomatal differentiation or density are also involved in phytohormonal and environmental stress responses,which may provide a link between modulation of stomatal development or function in response to changes in the environment.
