摘要
目的探讨关节镜辅助下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的手术方法及临床效果。方法 2007年7月~2009年11月,在关节镜辅助下经皮螺钉、钢板内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者35例（合并其他结构损伤予相应处理）,观察临床治疗效果。结果术后随访6~20个月,平均11个月,所有骨折均在3~5个月内愈合,无感染等并发症,按术后6个月Rasmussen评分：优27例,良5例,中3例,优良率91.4%。结论关节镜辅助下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折具有创伤小、关节面平整率高、复位固定满意、操作简单易处理关节内合并伤及术后膝关节功能恢复快的优点。
Objective To explore the methods and therapeutic effect of arthroscopy-assisted minimally invasive treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods From July 2007 to November 2009,35 cases of the tibial plateau fracture were treated with arthroscopic-assisted percutaneous screw or plate fixation（combined with other structural damage,giving the corresponding treatment） and observed the clinical effect.Results The follow-up care lasted for 11 months on average（from 6 to 20 months）,which showed that all fractures were healing during postoperative 3 to 5 months,without infection and serious complications,according to Rasmussen score after 6 months： excellent in 27 cases,good in 5 cases,fair effect in 3 cases,the rate of excellent and good therapeutic results was 91.4%.Conclusion Less trauma,high articular surface flat rate,reliable fixation,simplicity of operation in dealing with intra-articular knee injuries,and quick recovery of function are the advantages of the arthroscopy-assisted management of tibial plateau fracture.
