摘要
针对当前齿轮测量中存在的问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的齿轮参数测量方法。介绍了系统的软硬件组成及其各部分的功能。重点对数字图像采集、图像预处理和图像分割技术等方面进行深入研究,提出了基于数学形态学的齿轮中心定位和齿数计算方法,在此基础上通过公式计算获得齿轮的其他参数。该方法不需要进行边缘检测,实现简单。运行实验表明,系统工作稳定可靠,测量速度快,满足了齿轮常规参数的测量要求。
Aiming at the problem of gear parameter measurement,a new measurement method based on machine version is proposed.The framework of system and the functions of components are introduced,a study focused on digital image acquisition,image preprocessing and image segmentation technology are carried out,a method of gear center localization and gear teeth number counting based on mathematical morphology is proposed.On the base of that,other parameters are obtained by formula counting.The method is simple and does not need edge detecting.Experiment shows that the system is stable and fast,and it can meet the requement of gear parameter measurement.
