摘要
许多精密仪器零件中的内孔形态各异,针对规则边缘零件内孔的质量检测,提出了一种基于规则边缘改进的快速模板匹配方法。通过对获取的零件图像进行数学形态学以及最小二乘法边缘拟合等操作,提取出只含零件内孔的感兴趣区域(ROI),最后建模对目标零件的内孔进行匹配检测。通过实验对所提算法的精度和速度进行验证,实验表明该算法能够满足零件的工业检测要求,且检测精度比传统模板检算法测高了8.9%,检测时间比传统模板检算法少了0.72 s。
Due to the different shapes of inner holes of many precision instrument parts,a fast template matching method based on the improved regular edges is proposed,aiming at the quality inspection for inner holes of regular edge parts.By performing mathematical morphology and least squares edge fitting on the acquired part image,the region of interest(ROI)containing only inner holes of parts is extracted,and finally the matching detection of modeling on inner holes of parts is completed.By verifying the accuracy and speed of the proposed algorithm,experiment shows that this algorithm can meet the industrial inspection requirements of parts,the accuracy is 8.9%higher than that of the traditional template detection algorithm,and the detection time is 0.72 s faster than the traditional template detection algorithm.
