摘要
装配是轴承产品制造过程的重要环节,为了更好地讲解和展示轴承的装配过程,提出了一种使用动画对轴承装配过程进行演示的方法,介绍了轴承装配动画的设计方过程,并基于SolidWorks环境开发了一款用于轴承装配过程的动画演示系统。将轴承的3D装配过程录制成动画,实现了制造系统自动化教学、培训的可视化。
Assembly is an important part in bearing manufacturing.For making it better to teach and demonstrate bearing assembly,this article proposes a method that using animation demonstrates bearing assembly,introduces the method of bearing＇s 3D assembly animation for bearing demonstrating,and uses SolidWorks to develop an animation for bearing＇s 3D assembly demonstrating.It records the animation of the bearing＇s 3D assembly process,realizes the automation technology of machining system teaching,training visualization.
