摘要 贻贝雄性生殖系统中精巢由树枝状的生殖管、输精管构成。生殖管反复分枝成生精小管和末端膨大的泡囊,二者皆由位于基膜上的生殖上皮和管壁上皮构成,生殖上皮是由圆形或卵圆形的精原细胞组成。精原细胞最大,核内染色质稀疏,靠核膜内侧分布,核仁一个,明显。初级精母细胞略小,染色质开始凝集成小团块,线粒体向细胞的一侧集中。次级精母细胞与初级精母细胞结构相似,染色质浓缩成数大块,贴核膜或散布于核内。精细胞内开始出现顶体颗粒并逐渐发育为长的倒“V”字形顶体。核质致密均匀,一端与顶体相接,另一端与由鞭毛构成的尾部相连,在核与尾部相连处有5个球形线粒体。 The histology and ultrastructure of male reproductive system of mussels Mytilu s edulis were studied with light microscope and transmission electron microsco pe.The male reproductive system is composed of branch testis and vas deferens. The testis consist of great number of branchy seminiferous tubules and capsules. The tubule showed by the transverse section is made up of germinative epithelia (spermatogonium) and tubule liner,and the germinative epithelia constantly pro duce spermatocyte,spermatid and sperm.The spermatogonium has an oval shape,in which there are dispersed chromatin,mitochondria and many free ribosomes.In p rimary spermatocyte and secondary spermatocyte the chromatin densified to some b locks.In the early spermatid,many small dense particulates which produced from rough endoplasmic reticulum vesicles,aggregated to form a large proacrosomal v esicles.The acrosomal vesicle futher develop into “Λ”shape acrosome which co mposed of apical cap,acrosomal central tubule and lamellar structure.At the sa me time,the nucleus and flagellum were produced(there are 5 mitochondria in bas e of the flagellum)and the sperm matured.
