摘要
目的分析云南省近年来食物中毒情况,以有效应对食物中毒的发生。方法应用流行病学和统计学的方法对云南省2008-2009年食物中毒情况进行分析。结果与2008年相比,2009年中毒起数、中毒人数、死亡人数均增加,分别上升16.39%、20.41%、3.45%;病死率略有降低,但无统计学差异。中毒发生的高峰期是二、三季度。中毒原因,2009年,主要是植物性、细菌及其毒素性、真菌及其毒素性;2008年,主要是植物性、不明原因、细菌及其毒素。中毒场所,2009年家庭和家庭宴会最多,工地食堂次之;2008年家庭仍最多,学校与学校食堂次之。结论云南省食物中毒近年来有上升趋势,中毒的主要原因是植物性和微生物性,中毒的主要场所是家庭、家庭宴会、工地食堂、学校与学校食堂等集体用餐场所。根据食物中毒流行病学特点,采取相应的措施能有效减少食物中毒的发生。
Objective To analyze food poisoning cases in recent years in Yunnan Province for dealing with effectively the occurrence of food poisoning.Methods Epidemiological and statistical methods were applied and the situation of food poisoning was analyzed in Yunnan province in 2008 to 2009.Results In 2008,the times,cases and deaths of food poisoning have increased by 16.39%,20.41%,3.45% respectively compared with the 2009.And the mortality decreased slightly,but there was no statistical difference.The peak period of poisoning occurred are the second and third seasons.The causes of poisoning were mainly related to plants,bacterial and endotoxin,fungi and their toxins in 2009 and mainly to plants of unknown causes,bacterial food poisoning and its toxins in 2008.The places of poisoning occurred were home,canteen and school canteens.Conclusion There were an increasing trend in food poisoning in Yunnan Province in recent years.According to epidemiological characteristics of food poisoning,some measures to effectively reduce the incidence of food poisoning should be taken.
