摘要
电压源逆变器低频和轻载时,死区效应导致相电压和相电流畸变、零电流箝位效应等问题。为解决上述问题,分析死区效应和零电流箝位机理,发现了零电流箝位效应产生的一个主要原因,提出一种死区时间补偿策略。该策略无需电流极性检测,在SVPWM基础上,在每个PWM周期内对两个非零空间电压矢量作用时间分别进行补偿,该补偿根据这两个空间电压矢量作用时间之比分配死区补偿时间获得,死区补偿时间通过离线测量得到。实验结果表明,该方法明显地削弱了电流低频谐波,有效地抑制了零电流箝位现象,显著地改善了电流的正弦度,提高了系统低速运行性能。
Voltage source inverter(VSI) has some problems caused by dead-time effects,such as phase-voltage and phase-current distortions,zero-current clamping effects,etc.To solve the problems,dead-time effects and zero-current clamping effects were analyzed,a main cause of zero-current clamping effects was found,and then a dead-time compensation algorithm was proposed.The algorithm doesn't have to check current polarity.Based on space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM),the dead-time compensation time was distributed to compensate two non-zero space voltage vectors according to their effective acting time ratio in every PWM period,and the dead-time compensation time was obtained by offline measurement.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm remarkably suppresses low-frequency current harmonic,effectively restrains zero-current clamping effects,greatly minimizes current distortions,and improves operation performance at low speed.
