生物质活性炭脱除单质汞的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用锯末与棉籽作为原料制备了高比表面积的活性炭,研究其脱除烟气中单质汞的性能。部分活性炭用氯化锌浸泡,比较氯化物的加入对催化脱汞的作用;并研究了活性炭材料、工作温度、烟气中SO2浓度等对生物质活性炭脱汞效率的影响。结果表明,棉籽活性炭的汞吸附性能优于锯末活性炭,经氯化锌溶液处理的炭,汞吸附效率可提高达20个百分点。工作温度的升高总体上不利于活性炭脱汞,气体中SO2的存在也具有抑制活性炭脱汞性能的趋势。 Sawdust and cottonseeds were used in this paper to produce activated carbon.The activated carbon was steeped in ZnCl2 solution,and all the carbons were used for mercury adsorbing on a small scale fixed-bed with simulated flue gas.The influence factors of activated carbon mercury adsorbed were tested in this paper,including different carbon materials,temperatures and SO2 concentrations.The results indicated that cottonseeds activated carbon was more useful in mercury adsorbed than sawdust activated carbon,and after steeped by ZnCl2 solution,the mercury adsorbed ability of cottonseeds activated carbon was improved obviously.In general,the high temperature did not enhance the mecury adsorption of bimoass activated carbons.And the exitence of SO2 restrained the the mecury adsorption of bimoass activated carbons,and,the inhabition was more obvious with the increase of SO2.
