摘要
采用快速二次加碱法,通过Al-Ferron逐时络合比色法测定溶液中铝的形态分布,以Alb含量为衡量指标,探索了制备PAC的最佳条件.并对影响PAC絮凝性能的因素进行了初步研究.结果表明,该方法可制备出AlT>0.5 mol.L-1,Alb含量高于93%的PAC溶液.且当pH值为7.1,投加量在3.0×10-4mol.L-1左右时,PAC的絮凝效果最佳,CODCr和浊度去除率分别高达94.5%和99.1%.
The research progress of preparing polyaluminium chloride (PAC) with high content of Alb is always researchers' interests and goals, especially synthesis of PAC by improved neutralization method. In this paper, adding alkaline rapidly with two times, the species distribution of PAC was characterized by Al-Ferron complexation timed spectrophotometry. The optimum conditions of preparation PAC were explored according to the content of Alb. Furthermore, the factors which affect the flocculation performance of PAC were preliminary studied. The results show that, high concentration (AlT〉0.5mol·L^-1) polyaluminum chloride solutions with high content of (Alb〉93%) were prepared by this method. And when at different PAC amounts, pH value is 7. 1, the dosage in the 3.0×10^-4mol·L^-1 or so, the removal rate of CODCr and turbidity as high as 94.50% and 99. 1%, under this condition, PAC achieve the best floceulation.
